I believe creativity can help us heal, grow, and reconnect with ourselves. Sometimes words aren’t enough, and that’s where art, movement, and mindfulness can step in.
Like many people, I’ve had times when I felt lost and overwhelmed. Art gave me a voice when I couldn’t find the words — and that experience changed me. It’s why I now walk alongside others as they discover their own path toward calm, confidence, and self-expression.
I work as a holistic integrative creative arts therapy practitioner and holistic counsellor, bringing together art-making, mindful processes and embodied reflection to help people explore how they feel, think and respond to life.
Like many women, I spent years being busy, responsible and holding everything together, while my own voice slowly went quiet. Creativity was the place I kept returning to — the place I could hear myself again.
That experience led me to train in holistic integrative creative arts therapy and holistic counselling.
My approach is practical, safe and down to earth, designed to meet people where they are.
Today, I support women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed or unsure of what comes next, using creative and reflective processes that help them reconnect with themselves in a grounded, practical way.
You don’t need to be “good at art” to benefit from this work. Together, we’ll explore your inner world through drawing, clay, movement, breath, journaling, or music — whatever feels meaningful for you.
Each session is guided by your needs and pace. I won’t give advice or tell you what to do; instead, I walk alongside you as you explore insights, solutions, and ways to cope.
This is about creating a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and move forward with greater ease and authenticity.
