Workshops offer limited spots for personalised attention.
Minimum of 4 participants required for the class to proceed.
Maximum numbers will depend on activity and will be noted on individual informational flyers.
Workshops may be cancelled if minimum attendance isn't met one week before the date.
Photos may be taken for promotional purposes; inform me if you prefer not to be photographed.
Participants will receive updates via email usually two weeks before the workshop.
Booking payment is processed through the secure payment system Stripe.
The booking fee must be paid in full to secure your spot.
If you cancel your booking, you can choose to hold a credit for another workshop or receive a tiered refund as detailed below. Please note that refunds will be less all Stripe Payment Gateway fees or any other transactions fees and charges.
Cancellation 4 weeks or more before the event: A 10% booking fee & stripe fees will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.
Cancellation 2 weeks before the event: No refund.
Effort made to fill cancelled spot from workshop waitlist.
If your spot is filled:
Option for refund, less 10% and payment gateway fees.
Alternatively, workshop credit usable within 12 months.
Limitation:
Only one change request allowed.
Second change may result in forfeiture of workshop fee.
Unused credit forfeited after 12 months.
Stripe and other transaction fees & other charges are non-refundable.
Workshop cancellation by Artful Soul Renewal - Marjorie due to:
Insufficient student numbers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness).
In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.
If the fee for the new workshop is higher, you'll need to pay the difference.
If it's lower, you'll receive a refund, less transaction fees and charges.
Once you've changed your booking, it becomes non-refundable.
