This is a complementary wellbeing service and is not a crisis, psychiatric or clinical psychology service.
If stress, low mood, overwhelm or disconnection have been affecting your everyday life, this can be a space to explore what you are experiencing and what may support you.
Through holistic counselling, creative activities, mindfulness and reflection, we can look at what is happening beneath the surface, make sense of emotions and explore ways to reduce tension and feel more settled.
Creative processes are always optional. You do not need any art experience, and the focus is not on creating a finished piece of artwork. We work at your pace, using conversation and creative approaches in ways that feel relevant to you.
You can also develop practical tools to use outside sessions to help you respond to stress, understand your needs and feel steadier in day-to-day life.

If your mind is constantly busy, your body feels tense, or you find it difficult to switch off, these sessions offer time to step away from everyday demands and reconnect with yourself.
Through guided visualisation, meditation, breath awareness and sound, you are supported to notice what is happening in your body, become more aware of the tension you may be carrying and experience a quieter pace.
Sessions may include crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum and chimes, together with guided relaxation and visualisation. You do not need any meditation experience, and there is no expectation that you stop your thoughts or meditate in a particular way.
These sessions can also introduce simple breathing, relaxation and awareness practices that you can use outside the session when your mind feels overloaded or your body needs time to settle.
Private sessions can be shaped around what you are needing, while small-group sessions provide an opportunity to experience meditation and sound alongside others.
Private and small-group sessions are available.
Midlife and changing circumstances can leave you questioning parts of your life that once felt certain. Roles, relationships, responsibilities and other people’s expectations may have shaped how you have lived, sometimes leaving little space to consider what matters to you.
Through conversation, creative reflection and self-exploration, we can look at your needs, values, boundaries and the parts of yourself that may have been set aside.
This is not about being told what choices to make. It is about creating enough space to hear your own thoughts more clearly and consider how you would like to move forward.

I’m here to support your well-being—mind, body, and soul—through creative arts. Together, we can explore, experiment, and create in ways that help you feel more balanced and connected to yourself.
Choosing someone to guide you on this journey is personal, and I honour that. My role is simply to walk alongside you, offering guidance, tools, and space so you can discover what works for you. You’re in charge of your journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Creative arts therapy is about using art to explore how you feel, think, and respond to life. You don’t need to be “good at art”—it’s not about the end product. It’s about what happens while you create: noticing your feelings, releasing stress, and seeing things more clearly.
I combine art with simple mindfulness and breath work to help you slow down and feel grounded. This can help you:
It’s a safe space to express yourself, try new things, and uncover insights about your life. Over time, this kind of practice can help you feel more confident, resilient, and at ease with who you are.
